Smurf-O-Vision 2 is a second screen app produced for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The app has two components, one pairs with the Bluray and interacts with the movie while it's playing. The second component allows the user to create a mini Smurfs movie using props and animations. I was brought in to manage the project, including scheduling, budgeting and managing the teams.
